​Our immediate focus—Phase 1—is centred on establishing the critical infrastructure and professional framework needed to support long-term growth and success on and off the pitch. This is where your membership fee makes its crucial impact:

  • ​Building a High-Performance Team: Funds will be allocated to securing top-tier coaching staff, implementing advanced sports science programmes, and attracting high-calibre talent essential for competing at the highest levels. This is about professionalising our approach to player development and competitive readiness.

 

  • ​Illuminating Glen Road Heights: A key priority is the introduction of state-of-the-art floodlights at Glen Road Heights. This essential upgrade will dramatically extend our training hours, allowing our teams (from youth development to the first team) to train optimally throughout the year, regardless of daylight, thereby maximizing player potential.

 

  • ​The All-Weather Pitch Project: We are committed to developing a dedicated, full-size all-weather pitch. This guarantees consistent training and match conditions, eliminates fixture postponements due to weather, and establishes a reliable sporting hub for the entire community of Belfast and beyond.

 

  • ​Dedicated Training Facilities: We aim to establish modern, dedicated training facilities, including changing rooms, gymnasium access, and tactical briefing rooms. This provides our athletes with a professional, focused environment conducive to peak performance and recovery.

 

  • ​Strategic Youth Development Pathways: A portion of the funds will be ring-fenced to build a Youth Academy, ensuring a clear and sustainable pathway for local talent to progress from the grassroots to the senior team, securing the club's future identity and success.
